Evan was my realtor for purchasing my first home (a Condo). It was new construction so there was a lot of issues that I had to deal with between the sales office and my loan agent. It was also a extremely busy time for me at work. So I really appreciated that Evan was always available to make calls or visit the sales office when I could not. He also brought my new keys to work when I couldn't get off in time to pick them up. I will always be thankful for meeting Evan and for the wonderful assistance he gave me through out the escrow process. He is always welcome to my home as a friend and as a excellent realtor.

Evan helped me find a house to buy and was great from start to finish. I moved from Redondo Beach to South Orange County and Evan was never too busy to take the time to travel to the area in which I was interested. He was very responsive and eager to address any of my concerns. Home buying can be cumbersome, overwhelming and overall challenging, but Evan's great attitude made the process of looking through prospective homes fun and enjoyable. Getting the right agent means a lot with when it's your home and Evan was the right one for my wife and I. I've lived in the South Bay for almost 20 years and from our first conversation I could see Evan knew the South Bay market. We used him for both sides of the process, selling the old and getting the new place. And he had plenty of insights on prepping and selling our old place. With our house hunting he was was equally helpful. Evan was always there to take us around and give useful feedback on specific pros and cons for the house -- but never any pressure, any sense of someone trying to steer you. And at each stage of the process, he'd give us the details of what to expect. My wife and I are a bit demanding when it comes to choosing a home and Evan delivered the whole package.

Evan was phenomenal all around. We were not super familiar with San Diego, so he was great about dividing it up into digestible zones so we could zero in on where we wanted to live. He was great with communication, had a lot of patience when my husband and I had different viewpoints, kept on top of escrow and our loan guy to ensure that the whole process seemed seamless. We were also in a multiple offer situation and Evan guided us through flawlessly and also kept us sane as it was nerve racking. He was super professional, but more importantly is fun and has a great sense of humor.
